How does OCN-rent work?
Choose the bag you want and for the duration you want. Put it in your shopping cart. When you check out, either create an account or log in. Pay and voilĂ ! Your bag is on its way to you. Delivery and return are included.
Are the purses originals?
Only authentic bags are offered on our website.
Can I buy the purse?
At the moment it is not possible to buy the bags.
How long can I rent the bag?
You can choose between different delivery times:
Weekend (5 days)
10 days
2 weeks
4 weeks
What payment methods are available?
We only accept credit cards:
Mastercard, Visa, Postfinance
How much does the shipping and return cost?
Delivery and return are included in the rental price.
Delivery is against signature, so it is necessary to be present on the day of delivery.
The return label is included in the package.
How do I make the return?
When your rental period is over, put the bag back in its original packaging and re-use the box. Seal it well and stick the return label on it. Take the package to a post office.
Can I prolong the rental?
Yes, it is possible to extend your rental period.
You can make a request via the customer service (email address). If the bag is available we can extend it, but if it is rented by another person, it will not be possible to extend it.
Please note that it is important to make the request before the end of your rental period, so that you do not have any late returns for your bag, if your request is not accepted.
Furthermore, you will have to pay the amount of the extension and only when you get the confirmation, your rental is extended.
Account
How can I create an account?
When you press the account icon, select “create an account”.
Follow the steps indicated and validate the creation of your account. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
What to do if I forgot my password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the log-in page and select “forget my password”.
You will then receive an e-mail allowing you to reset your password.
How can I update my shipping address?
In your account you can update your delivery address at any time.
Where does OCN-rent ship?
OCN-rent delivers only in Switzerland.
Are there any conditions to be able to rent a bag?
It is necessary to be a Swiss resident and to be at least 18 years old in order to benefit from the offer.
How can I see my rent history?
In your account select “orders”. This way you can see all your previous rentals.
How can I delete my account?
Click and “delete my accoun” and follow the steps.
How can I contact OCN-rent?

Rental, Delivery, Return
Is there a limit to the number of products I can rent?
You can rent up to 3 bags at the same time.
How can I know if my rental is approved?
Your rental is confirmed when you receive your confirmation e-mail.
When is my rental going to be delivered?
Your rental is delivered on the start date of your rental. Please plan to be at home. When your package is in the mail, you will receive a link for tracking.
Do you make next day deliveries?
If the slot is free and your reservation is received before 2pm, you will receive your package the next day.
Can I follow my package?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link for your package.
What happens if I'm not home?
You will receive a tracking number when your rental is on its way to you. Please ensure that you are present to receive the package, otherwise you may need to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. Please bear in mind that the re-delivery may not be available until the following day, which may cause you to lose a day’s rental.
My rental hasn't arrived. What now?
If your package has not arrived please contact our customer service so that we can resolve the situation.
What happens if I lost my return label?
Please contact our customer service, so that we can send you the return label.
Are you doing Click&Collect?
No, we do not currently offer click&collect.
Can I Cancel my rental?
If your parcel has not yet been sent to the post office, you can cancel your rental.
Late Returns, Damage & Loss
What happens if I return the bag late?
If you return late, you will be charged an amount of 30 CHF per day, as the person who rented the bag after you may receive it late. If the bag is not returned within 30 days, it will be considered as not returned and will in addition to late fees, be fully charged plus interest rate, as well as any due fees, all of which may incur additional legal costs that the member could be liable for.
What happens if I damage or lose the bag?
Your hire includes cover for general wear and tear. Non-recoverable or expensive damage, as well as failure to return the bag due to loss or theft, will result in you being charged the value of the bag at the time of hire.
How can I rent a bag?
Go to the “deposit” tab and follow the instructions, so that you can rent your bag.
How soon will I know if my bags are accepted?
You will get an offer usually within 3 working days. During this time we check the quality and authenticity, in order to guarantee our customers the rental of original bags and in good condition. If for any reason your bag has not been accepted you will be informed and we will send it back to you.
How is the rental price of my bag calculated?
The rental price of your bag is calculated according to its value. We have established a rental price scale according to the value of the bag.
When do I receive my commission?
You will receive your commission every end of the month. This means that all commissions for the month will be paid to you at the same time and you will receive a breakdown of the number of orders.
What commission do I get per rental?
Your commission is 30% per rental.
Why are my bags centralised at OCN?
This makes your life easier. Once they are with us, you don’t have to worry about them. Your bags are maintained and rented while at OCN-rent and when you want to pick them up, we send them to you.
How do I get my bag(s) back?
In order to avoid frustrations with the renters, we define with you a number of months during which the bag is available for rent. One month before the end of the rental period, we will contact you to see if you want your bag back or if we will open the slots for the next months. While the bag is with us you can of course also get it for a certain number of days if you need it, this should be told to us from the start, otherwise it may be rented out for that period.
What happens if my bags are damaged?
If your bag has suffered major damage or has been stolen, you will be reimbursed for the value determined at the time of its arrival with us. Normal wear and tear of the bag is to be expected, as it is worn and used.
What happens if I notice that my item is damaged for the final return?
We will check the condition of your bag on its final return. You will receive the document with the photos of the bag at the time of sending. As the bag is used and worn, normal wear and tear is expected. If, however, we find that the bag is damaged and not due to normal use you will be refunded the value of the bag.
If you observe a difference between the condition of the check and your bag you have 48 hours to contact us and inform us.
How do I send you my bags?
You can send them to us by post against signature, to ensure that your bags arrive safely and that you have proof of posting. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
